meet Chris Lacharity

Chris has enjoyed over 16 years in real estate specializing in high end sales from day one. A natural transition from high end car sales at Mercedes Benz where he was the youngest sales person in the country. Chris enjoyed an eight year career working for the Meirins family and building a portfolio of Ottawa’s most elite clientele. 

He has continued to build his network selling record priced homes year after year. He has worked for Brokerages throughout his career from Royal Lepage and Sutton to Remax and Christie's International. He made a bold yet important move to Engel & Völkers where he has doubled and tripled his already high sales volume and GCI. So much so, he not only became a member of the Chairman’s circle and Private Office but was also awarded the opportunity to become a Brokerage owner purchasing the rights to the south of the city and now his first shop of his own at 5582 Manotick Main st. 

The south of the city has been very rewarding for Chris’ sales career. He has since become a resident of Greely and now opening in Manotick, he obviously feels the future is bright in the area and welcomes anyone to check out the newly renovated 140 year old headquarters in the heart of Manotick where the espresso is always served.
